Discovering rocks
Class 2a and 2b discovered the world of rocks and different minerals. Children learned that rocks are classified into Igneous, Sedimentary and Metamorphic. They also looked around and found rocks that are used in our surroundings, such as Granite, Sandstone, Marble, Coal and Chalk.
Some of the students noticed that Palace of Culture is built from Sandstone.
Our young learners were thrilled to bring some of the minerals they have at home to show to their friends at school.
